Job Description

PURPOSE

To aid in the execution of technical projects and execution of technical support processes of the service department.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all CCMS cases in Technical Communicator role
  • Support standard job pricing initiative with Codify job code database
  • Oversee Expert Alert management process and resolution
  • Employ Machine Health Dashboard to facilitate service opportunities
  • Monitor and report PIP progress
  • Manage the NMQ process for new machines
  • Oversee and facilitate all service department training
  • Oversee special tool ordering both Deere and Allied
  • Create maintenance packages for Ag, Turf, and CCE equipment
  • Facilitate PowerGuard plan renewals and after the sale transactions
  • Work with Aftermarket Director on projects as needed
  • Always conducts self so as to be an ambassador of the dealership
  • Other Duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years experience in Service Department operations preferredĀ 
  • Extensive technical knowledge of equipment required
  • Understanding of financial management as it relates to Service
  • Ability to train others on service department processes as required
  • Ability to advise others when needed to accomplish goals
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and internet functions
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
